The Executive Secretary is an old profession and it is in constant growth. Until a few decades ago, it was not necessary intellectual formation, limiting the professional activities at operational works. The changes in the organizational sectors, came require bigger responsabilities from their executives, and this executives needed advisors and secretaries more informed and capable of it perform works more complex. Bibliographical searches show diversity of information and knowledge that the professional executive secretaries have and to how that range of knowledge is going to contribute with the development of his works in the environment of its companies and advisory board to his executives.
