The summer of 2018 arrived under the threat of yellow fever. The disease is endemic, or constant across most of the country, but the current outbreak is considered the worst in history. It started in early 2017, reaching Minas Gerais and Espírito Santo, as well as some isolated cases in São Paulo and Bahia. After losing strength in winter, the disease spread again in the summer of 2018, reaching the entire Southeast beyond the Federal District. About urban yellow fever we can say:
