Open Forum Davos 2004

The Open Forum 2004 has been a great success in terms of relevance, attendance and attention. Under the overall heading "Globalization or Deglobalization for the Benefit of the Poorest", the eight different panel discussions reflected controversy, diverging views as well as engagement between panellists and with the public at large.

Over five days, 2,000 participants had the opportunity to learn about complex issues and to challenge speakers' statements - who were either participants of the Annual Meeting or guests invited by the coorganizers of this unique public event in Switzerland.
