Several studies in recent years have found that chocolate could be more beneficial than harmful. It can be bad for you if you overdo it: in this case, it can trigger migraines or digestive disorders, besides making you fat. Doctors and nutritionists recommend that daily consumption should not exceed 50 grams. English ghost stories

Many of Britain’s ancient castles have ghosts. One of the most famous “haunted castles” in England is actually the Tower of London.
